Since we last wrote a news article, we have been busy with sourcing and development of new products.Some of these may be of interest:


  • New pasta shapes are becoming available. We can source a multitude of different shapes from our Italian supplier, in addition to the ones we already stock, to customer order based on 600 kg pallet lots.
  • We have a low salt soy sauce (gluten free) which has proved popular.
  • We now supply mini omelettes, as used in airline meals. See egg section for our other egg products, including free range.
  • The range of alcohol heas expanded in the last year, especially new beers.
  • We are currently looking at a mirin for use in Japanese recipes.
  • Also vegetarian Worcester sauce and pesto sauce are now available.
